I knew this would happen, and I’m completely fine with it, the renderings look great. Vegas does’t need another mega hotel/resort- it has more than enough hotel rooms, and it has enough casinos so I don’t understand what that gripe is about, especially since statistics how that Millennials and GenZ are not fond of gambling. However, what it does need is more activities outside of gambling to attract Millennial travelers, or those that simply want something to do after they’ve lost their rent money at the casino. The BLVD needs a Puttshack, a Punchbowl Social, a SPIN, an Immersive Gamebox, or Mirror Maze. Most importantly they should build a small theater to house Crazy Girls.
