The Vegas strip is changing for the worse, getting rid of all these cool things that made me start going to Vegas in the first place, makes me not care about going there again. I loved when I discovered the Secret Garden at the Mirage and the dolphins which gave me my fondest memory of the Mirage, I was standing by the pools near the dolphins and suddenly a beach ball is thrown to me, by a dolphin all on his own. It was so much fun and a great place to visit when I stayed at the Mirage! Iconic things shouldn’t be changed!

Very dissapointed! Looking forward to not have to go to Wildhorse Casino because of seemingly discrimination by Manager there, but after today might have to continue playing at Wildhorse. The Santan locale looks like a made over factory (not very pleasing architecture), very few different new model slot machines and none of the favorite types from Wildhorse. Few did not have the volume working, and the “Locomotive” machines at the High Player’s Room was extremely hard to enjoy as the screen was much too large and straight up the wall making it difficult to look at as seemed it was on top of you. Much too large!! Hard on the eyes, and the neck. The one machine on the right side did not seem to be working properly. I played $600. on it and only twice it paid out; $10. Should be looked into. The “locomotive” is one of my favorites to play.
Atmosphere seemed too “rattled” – Might try it again sometime in the future. Please do not follow Wildhorse Casino’s lack of servicing the machines. Thank you.
p.s.. I play weekly, and yet never got a notice on the opening of Santan Casino.

It’s the Best Place there in Laughlin! Don’t like the added enclosed walkway, sorry but that needs to go. Bring the pastries and donuts back. It would be nice if cleared out and had its own sandy beach. Been going there since like forever, since you first opened. Please reopen so we can continue our memories and bring the town back ALIVE. It’s so desolate there with it shut down. Please fix your water leak in tbe main basement from the fish pond around it so we can have fun there again!

Not only is the price a joke…the Hotel itself has the worst customer service. Half the junk is broke there or not open and it was my recent experience that my car windows were smashed out and someone tried to steal my car. Not only were they completely unapologetic but I was straight up told the cameras are there as a deterant for vandalism. So don’t park there. We tried to reach out to speak to management about our experience and got a person in another country who just tried to push reservations lmfao!!!! They are not driven by family fun. They could care less. There r way too many other places to go.

mr callahan i have to tell you me and a buddy of mine stayed at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights at the ocean hotel, i must tell you i was never in my life treated with such disrespect in a casino hotel, the room i had i would not let my dog sleep in it at all disgusting it was. in the casino me and my friend billy would take out 2 grand everytime we played craps the pitt bosses were so nasty would not even look at us never said hello nothing we would sometimes have up on any one roll of the dice 500 to 700 dollars at a time. never one time did they offer us anything give us a comp for anything at all we had to beg them to put 100 dollars on our card because we would gamble for 2 hours and i would look at my card and i would have 8.37 cents this is very very sad also one of your pitt bosses at the crap tables was so nasty he stuck his chest out in my face like he wanted a fight. listen the way we gambled at your hotel we should have been comped for everything the whole 4 days there were a nightmare fighting with them they were so disrespectful to me and my buddy . my name is bruce berger # 20752546 and billy dulis his acct # 20764186. i have to tell you if i was in las vegas or anywhere else they would have done the right thing you guys were terrible and you need new management there ive been around alot and the way the treated us was terrible. also your hotel charged us for everything. please respond love to hear your thoughts on this matter thanks bruce berger

There needs to be a re-evaluation of the way money coming in and leaving the casinos in Mississippi. Presently, the taxes to the patrons is recorded by the casinos but the losses are not accepted by the irs, using the same data bases. The casinos should be liable for all the taxes, state and federal so that the bookkeeping reflects every nickel that changes hands in the casinos. Patrons are forced to include any winnings above 1100 dollars on tax returns while the casinos cannot report losses by the patrons on the same electronic bookkeeping. Assuming that the casinos are reporting the wins and losses correctly to the state and IRS, this should not be a problem for the casinos or the patrons. The gaming commission is subject to be bought at each casino, WHOA say it ain’t so, and the machines are manipulated at whim by the administration of the casinos. Let’s get the taxes but don’t depend on the casinos to make everything above board. Thanks
